2010 Lotus Elise Club Racer .To improve the performance of the Elise to suit the Club Racer moniker, Lotus has equipped the car with a new Sport setting for the DPM system (Dynamic Performance Management) that works with the new sport suspension and adjustable anti-roll bar for greater agility on both the road and track.

Powering the Elise Club Racer is the same 1.6-liter four cylinder VVT-I engine with an output of 136 PS (100 kW / 134 hp) as on the series’ variant. Lotus did not provide new performance numbers for the Club Racer but the standard Elise does the 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) sprint in 6.5 seconds, which the Club Racer can only beat, if but slightly.

Prices for the Lotus Elise Club Racer will start at £27,500 / €34,450 / CHF48,900 (Switzerland).

The Lotus Elise Club Racer will be available in a choice of six colors – Sky Blue, Saffron Yellow, Ardent Red, Aspen White, Matt Black and Carbon Gray with additional bespoke design features to give the car a more individual character.
